Friends of the Citizens Foundation
FTCF raises funds for The Citizens Foundation, Pakistan’s leading education charity with a nationwide presence in 83 towns and cities across Pakistan, with 730 schools teaching over 100,000 underprivileged children – 46% girls – regardless of ethnicity, gender, caste or religion. We were asked to redesign and redevelop the FTCF site to make it more effective in communicating their message.

Friends of The Citizens Foundation was concerned that its existing website was outdated. A new refreshing site was needed to provide a professional platform that reflected the charity’s status and openness. It was also important that relevant material was no longer buried within the site and that links to pages where visitors could donate were prominent.
Our new structure and design simplified the navigation and brought important information to the surface. We increased the visibility of donate links and set up areas to promote events and news coverage, as well adding links to social media sites. A mailing list subscription form was added to each page in the footer, which was created to be as useful as possible to visitors. FTCF’s Flickr photos were incorporated into a schools gallery.
